My practice looks at collective memory through the lens of the Vietnamese market through the past, reality, and the future. It serves as a community forum and a collection of older generations' memories. In the Vietnamese mind, it is not only a place to trade goods, but it is also a place to preserve many cultural features and connect the community. Moreover, it's a mixture between personal memory and generational memory.
